About this house rental
This high end Gulf front town home is total luxury! Sunny, bright, and beautifully furnished, this is an end unit with windows on two sides, a large driveway and garage. It's pure paradise on this uncrowded stretch of Navarre Beach!!!
View the entire beach and emerald green waters from anywhere in this open concept floor plan. Relax on the comfortable living room furniture, dine at the table for 4 or grab a snack from the breakfast bar that seats an additional 4.
The gourmet kitchen offers every amenity you could want including granite countertops and stainless appliances all surrounded by high end cabinetry. (Unfortunately, the standalone ice maker is not currently operable.) Prepare your meals and snacks while gazing at the beach just beyond.
Dine, snack or have a late night beverage on the private Gulf front deck with new furniture.
The main floor also has a queen-sized bedroom with connected en suite private bath, a full sized laundry room and a convenient half bath .
There is a private dune cross-over just outside the deck that leads directly to the for lugging your beach gear!
The upper floor has a king-sized primary suite. A wet bar affords you the luxury of preparing your coffee or nightcap without leaving the room. A separate office area is also in this wing if you need to make this a "working" vacation. You'll have a real spa experience in the en suite bath which features a jetted tub, walk in shower, dual vanities and separate water closet. The private master deck offers you beautiful morning sunrises and gorgeous winter sunsets.
Just down the hall there is a an additional queen-sized bedroom and one full-sized bedroom with a shared full bath between them.
Hannah's is in the same 4 plex as Sunset Terrace if your group needs multiple units.
There is a gas grill for your use.

We booked the house for a visit with friends from out-of-state. Everyone was very pleased with the layout and look of the house, the beachside view, and the access to the beach. If we need a place at Navarre Beach in the future, we will definitely rebook here!

A few of the amenities could have been better.There were 3 coffee makers all of which needed to be replaced due to carafe lids and drip baskets malfunction and mismatch. No coffee filters or coffee for that first pot or two.Lack of garbage sacks, micro amount of dish soap that did not work well, and overall lack of baking and storage containers in kitchen. Not even salt/pepper shakers.Use of bbq grill was advertised, but there was no propane.Use of bicycles were advertised but in reality were locked with no instructions for usage.For this level of rental, I would expect the property/furniture to be in better shape.The rug was frayed on corner causing a tripping hazard on main walkway of room. The dining chairs extremely uncomfortable.
