About this house rental
Gulf front town home built in 2004, 2200 sq foot.. 3 bedroom 3.5 bath with 2 master suites both with king beds and one bedroom with queen size bed. Two large decks for entertaining. One master suite is gulf front with large balcony and second master is sound view. The other units in the quad have 4 bedrooms with 2 of them being small, this unit has taken the 2 smaller bedrooms and made one additional master with in room bath. Also of note the down stairs bedroom has large walkin shower for some one with limited disabilities. The gulf front master has deluxe jetted tub in addtiion to separate three headed shower. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions with a 42 inch in gulf master. All bedrooms have u-verse cable. The townhomes have a private walkover to the beach. Granite countertops in kitchen with separate ice maker rated at 55 pounds a day. There are Travertine floors thru out entire townhome including decks. In addition to the upper level decks there is also a fun lower level party area with outside shower Hot and Cold water with swing and seating area.

This house is wonderful! It is very well equipped with anything you would need for your stay. The garage is full of many beach supplies so you don’t have to pack your own. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach. The complex is very quiet without any beach crowding. The owners were responsive, and allowed us to enter the property early once the cleaners were finished. Our family will hopefully be able to rent this property again.
