About this house rental
Three bedroom, three bath townhome located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful furniture, comfortable beds and eclectic decor throughout. Recently updated with tile flooring, carpeting, fresh paint and appliances.
The Summer House sleeps ten within the three bedrooms. The master conveys a king size bed. The same floor has a bedroom that sleeps four with two queen size beds and yet another bedroom on the main level sleeps two with another king bed and a convertible couch that folds into a full size bed that will sleep two.
Each bedroom has its own full size bathroom en suite.
All of this is provided with high quality linens and towels to accommodate you and your family.
Drive up to covered parking under the townhome which features a wood deck area with Gas grill and private outdoor shower to wash the sand off. A storage closet in the same area provides sand toys, floats, and beach chairs with umbrella!
Off of the main level bedroom a fully equipped laundry room features a washer and dryer. Above these appliances is a storage basket which has beach towels provided for you.
Step out onto one of two decks for a spectacular view of the Gulf of America. The master bedroom has a smaller private deck provided with comfortable chairs and side table. This deck can be used for reading or enjoying coffee or your favorite drink, with your own private view.
A large deck off of the living room sports a set of patio furniture, and Adirondack seating that features a glass top table and seats six plus comfortably. The stainless steel cables on the deck allow unobstructed views of the Gulf.
You can access the beach by going through the gate at the top of this deck. There is an additional dining area on the ground level. The Gulf is literally steps away.

Our Summer House stay (5-23-26 to 5-30-26) was excellent. We contacted our host to see if we could get in 20 minutes early with our cold groceries and he quickly responded with a yes. The unit was newly renovated and better than photos, especially the new kitchen countertops and appliances. The kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms were nice. The composite patio decking and furniture was really nice. It had an abundance of beach items in downstairs locker for our use. The locker was excellent for storing our chairs and canopy tent overnight.

The house was nice and the location was pretty much perfect. It was great not having to bring chairs and canopies with us. Everything you could possibly need was in the beach closet! The house was comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. We were there the 3rd week of August so the crowds were minimal and no crowds on the beach.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at The Summer House! Michael and Tina made the check-in process easy. The townhome was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful and having the private deck and balcony made enjoying the beach convenient and relaxing. The decor was beautiful and furniture was comfortable. This beach view and convenience of the beach access would be hard to beat! We hope to stay again soon!
