Dining area seats 8 and the island counter seats 5 all with breathtaking ocean views from the open floor plan. The master bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the gulf, perfect for enjoying the watercolor views of sunrises and sunsets. This is as good as it gets!
The sparkling emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico is just a few feet away and accessible from the main balcony and ground floor patio. The oversized garage has ample space for 3 cars and any kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing gear you want to bring along. Included for guest use is an assortment of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and shelling nets along with a propane grill and charcoal grill for patio cooking. There is an outdoor private shower for when you have had your fill of sand. As if that would ever happen.

Property was terrific! Plenty of chairs and umbrellas in the garage. Ice maker worked which is always a plus. Easy walk to sand and surf.
