About this house rental
The main floor features a Queen guest bedroom with a flat-screen TV, a full bathroom with a shower stall, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops—perfect for preparing meals. Step out onto the main floor deck to savor stunning Gulf views while enjoying the fresh sea breeze. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, a charcoal grill, beach essentials (chairs, umbrella, towels), and family-friendly conveniences like a high chair and pack-n-play. Parking for up to four vehicles is available in the private garage.
On the second floor, the Queen Master Suite is a true sanctuary with a private deck offering breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Gulf. The suite also features a cozy sitting area with a sofa and flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a custom double-sink vanity and shower stall. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed and flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom offers three twin beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. A shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is conveniently located in the hall.
Unwind on either the main floor deck or the master bedroom deck, where you can take in panoramic Gulf views, listen to the soothing waves, spot playful dolphins, or watch boats sail by. These outdoor spaces are the perfect spots to relax and soak in the natural beauty of your surroundings.

This was a wonderful place to stay and we will be back. The only thing we didnt find was a dust pan and we bought a crock pot to cook in for the 9 of us. We gave it to our niece after the wedding for her daughter.

Our family of 11, (5 small kids) enjoyed our week at Sea Side Villa! The house is well-equipped- beautiful towels, a great kitchen, comfortable beds, roomy bathrooms, nice washer and dryer- We had plenty of room to hang out together. The balconies are great, the views are stunning, and the beach is the prettiest. Location was perfect, we visited Navarre's awesome Zoo- close up to the animals made it fun for the kids, highly recommend. The Aquarium was great, too. Easy drive to parks, ice cream, restaurants, the pier, and even to Pensacola to the museum. So much to do, we loved it. The best part was watching every sunrise AND sunset from our balcony everyday. This beach house was perfect and we will be back.

This property is beautiful! I could not have asked for a better stay or location. Four bedroom, three bathroom. Huge dining room table with 10 chairs. They have a high chair if you need it. There is a pack and play in the closet of one of the bedrooms, if you need it. There are beach accessories in the storage room underneath the house. The beach is practically private, with only other renters of townhomes next to you on the beach. I just cannot say enough. Absolutely stunning!

This townhome was in a great location-as long as you don’t mind seeing all your neighbors & them seeing you! Porches/decks were all at same level & close together. House has had water damage or leak that caused mold to grow around AC vents. Diana and Phil did everything they could to rectify the problem so my allergy suffering guest could stay safely in the house. Every request was fulfilled & they went out of their way to help. Navarre Beach is the best beach for relaxing, enjoying the sun, sand & all the Gulf Coast has to offer.
