POOL NOTICE: POOL CANNOT BE HEATED DECEMBER 1-FEBRUARY 29. In addition, if outdoor temperature is below 55 degrees anytime of the year, the pool cannot be heated.
If you would like to have the pool heated during your stay, it is a $75 per day charge for each day of your of stay. Pool heat is set at 83 degrees and temperature cannot be adjusted. Please notify us if you would like to add on this amenity to your reservation at least 2 WEEKS PRIOR to your arrival. **Please note weather/air temperature can affect the pool temperature.

A beautiful home in excellent condition. Clean, very comfortably appointed, the beds were wonderful, and the kitchen fully stocked. We had a bit of trouble with the BBQ, but the management was very responsive and helpful.The ONLY suggestion: a second refrigerator in the lower level for beverages, freezer items. A week with 9 people filled the only refrigerator to capacity with food alone.

Beautiful home , kitchen well appointed , 4 couples and children comfortable with plenty space . The pool was a very nice plus for kids and location was less crowded . The porches and closed in garage were also a plus . Golf cart came in handy and made moving around with Beach stuff easy ! Highly recommend

We had a large group of 16 people - 8 adults and 8 kids on our Spring Break family/friend vacation. This house was the perfect amount of space for us to spread out have our own space. The en suite bathrooms were wonderful for privacy.
