This beautifully updated townhome sits directly on the sugar white sands of Navarre Beach! The backyard is the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! This gorgeous home is perfect for your family's next vacation!
Dolphin Sunrise is one of 4 units in the townhome complex and has direct beach access right out back. Enjoy garage parking in the oversized 3 car garage with extra driveway parking out front. Open the back of the garage and you're already on the sand. Walk up the front steps and leave your worries at the door. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is open to the dining and living areas. You can't help but gaze at the amazing views of the Gulf from the entire main living space. The open concept kitchen, living, and dining areas are perfect for family get togethers. The home can comfortably sleep 10 guests. There is one bedroom on the second floor with access to the hall bathroom. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary suite you'll have to see to appreciate. There is a comfortable king bed with a TV, elegant en suite bathroom, and an attached private balcony with one of the finest views you'll find anywhere. Additionally there is a queen bedroom and a double twin bunk bedroom, each with their own TVs. These bedrooms share the upstairs bathroom.
Just off the living room is another private balcony with a new Polywood dining table set and breathtaking beach views. It is the perfect place for coffee or cocktails. Take the stairs from the balcony and head down the path through the dunes and you are on the beach in seconds. When you're done there is an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse the sand away. There is also a propane grill in the garage to prepare your fresh catch.

Great Quadplex right on Navarre Beach. Plenty of space and they’ve got all your beach accessories taken care of for you. We had a wonderful time.

It was just as described! Clean with no issues ! We had everything that we needed to cook and grill out right there without leaving . View was awesome from top balcony and lower porch both covered . The kids room has 2 sets of bunk beds in the upper middle room our grandkids loved . 2 more rooms upstairs and 2 bathrooms . The master bedroom and bath omg huge! Love the upstairs master bathroom with shower walk in closet jet tub and extra sink and balcony ! Downstairs there is a Washer and dryer dishwasher extra ice maker which was great for the beach not having to buy for cooler for the beach was great ! One bedroom downstairs on level 1 . There is beach chairs in basement for u to use which is another perk . Enough room for 2 cars in covered garage and room left in from facing beach furniture also there where grill is located . Nice outdoor furniture no matter where u wanted to be ! Lots of room for the whole family and everyone comfortable! We had a blast ! The only issue was a lot of stairs no matter now u went . the walk to the beach is a sand path no wooden walkway and trash runs only on Saturdays . So if a big family like us it can be a issue . On the wall In garage going up the stairs to level one it says Wednesdays and Saturdays the book says Saturdays and the welcome letter with door code states Saturdays.. . Other than that we watched dolphins from the balcony as well . We would stay again I hope this helps! The view is magnificent and peaceful place all together!

The house could have been cleaner and the mattresses definitely need to be upgraded. Everyone’s mattress was uncomfortable. The location however is great.
