The ground floor has an open plan living space with a tiled floor, underfloor heating and a Smart TV with Netflix and bi-fold doors leading to patio area, along with a dining area. The kitchen area has an electric oven, electric hob, fridge microwave and dishwasher. The first floor bedroom sleeps two with a zip and link super kingsize bed a wall mounted Smart TV. Bedroom two has twin beds and a wall mounted Smart TV and the family shower room has a shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail. Outside there is a paved patio and sitting-out area with garden furniture.
Box Tree Barn is located within the grounds of a grade II listed cottage which is occupied by the owners. Set in the quiet Herefordshire countryside, this rural retreat offers guests an ideal stay in which to explore the countryside as well as being situated just 3 miles from the historic city of Hereford. Hereford city hosts an array of shops, bars and restaurants for guests to enjoy and is also home to Hereford cathedral and the Mappa Mundi which is well worth a visit. After a day visiting all that Herefordshire has to offer, guests can relax on the private patio space and enjoy the views.

We spent 4 nights at Box Tree Barn and were blown away by the quality of the accommodation. Would recommend this as a place to stay with great walks and nice pubs in the area. Geoff and Darien are excellent hosts and very discreet. Christmas decorations were tastefully done and added a real touch of charm to our holiday
