Our newly renovated house is steps from renowned restaurants and craft brew pubs on Dickson Street. You are also a very short distance to acclaimed trails, shopping, live music, and The University of Arkansas!



The Space:

Modern comforts meet Fayetteville charm in this inviting two-bedroom home. The open-concept living area and fully stocked kitchen make relaxing or entertaining effortless, while the outdoor spaces—including a front porch, deck, and pergola—offer plenty of room to unwind and enjoy the lively neighborhood atmosphere. A full floor plan, including bedroom and bathroom layout, is available at the end of the listing photos.

The Walton Arts Center is also located here - a venue for everything from Broadway performances to jazz bands. Of course, as home to the University of Arkansas, staying close to downtown is all about the Razorbacks - cheer them on at Bud Walton Arena!

This home is located within walking distance of Dickson Street. Noise can sometimes be an issue, as with any place located near Dickson Street. There is also a train that runs through the center of downtown Fayetteville. The train crossing is located directly next to The Dickson building. Because of this, there is a train horn that sounds occasionally during the day and sometimes at night. We do not anticipate this would be an issue at this property, but we have stocked the property with a noise machine to help with any possible disturbances!



Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.



Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.



Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.



Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.



House Rules ($250 penalty fee per rule broken):

This place is nice and clean and very close to campus. It was very convenient for us when we were moving our daughter into her sorority house. We would definitely stay here again.
