Located literal steps from renowned upscale food + drink spots like Theo's and Bordinos just to name a few! You are also steps to our acclaimed trails, craft brew pubs, food trucks, farmers' market, shopping, live music, more!

Designed for relaxation and style, this thoughtfully curated one-bedroom condo features an open-concept layout that combines modern amenities with cozy comfort. The gourmet kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain, while the living area provides a welcoming atmosphere to unwind after a day exploring Fayetteville.

Guest Access:

A code will be provided to access the front door. You will be assigned a parking spot directly in front of the condo. Can only fit a small sedan/compact car.

Vehicle can not block or hang over the sidewalk in any way. City of Fayetteville will issue a ticket if doing so and will be paid at the expense of the guest.

Additional parking can be found on the street in front of the unit or in the parking lot to the right of the unit at the expense of the guest. Guests can pay for parking using the ParkMobile App.

Guests will have access to the entire home, appliances, and amenities mentioned above. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

There is a reserved spot in front of the unit that is meant for compact cars only. If your vehicle blocks the sidewalk at all, the city will write you a ticket.



Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.



Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.



Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.



Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

The condo was beautifully decorated! The king bed was very comfortable and we felt at home. A few minor suggestions: the window treatments were aesthetically pleasing but not functional at all, the cooking pans desperately needed Bar Keeper’s Friend because they were stained. Lastly, the shower curtain liner is fabric and needed a toss in the washing machine. Very minor things but attention to detail is important for the price we paid. We would definitely recommend this condo!

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I on our anniversary! It’s so charming and clean, and one block away from Dickson St. so we walked to the shops and restaurants. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Everything was as advertised. The location was convenient, the property was clean, and overall my stay was very enjoyable. Note to future customer: The only thing that I glossed over was the size of the parking space. I received a warning from the City that I was blocking the sidewalk, so the next day I parked my truck in my daughter's apartment spot and parked her car in this spot. She drives a Hyundai Tucson and it barely fit.
