Summary:
The Lux is conveniently nestled in the heart of our Fayetteville community! Our condo is located on the 5th floor of The Dickson, right on Dickson Street. The University Of Arkansas, Fayetteville Square, acclaimed trails, restaurants, craft brew pubs, food trucks, shopping, and live music are all a short walk away!
The Space:

- Laundry closet with washer and dryer
- Reserved parking in parking deck attached to building
- 5th floor balcony overlooking Dickson Street

Guest Access:
You will have a reserved parking spot in the parking garage attached to The Dickson building. The parking garage entry height is 7'3. A fob will be provided to access the building. A code will be provided to access the condo. Additional parking for the unit can be found on lower levels of the parking garage at the expense of the guest. Guests can pay using parking garage meters found near the double doors on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

- 20 min walk (or 5 min drive) to Razorback Stadium

- 32 min drive to Crystal Bridges Museum
- 32 min drive to the Amazeum
- 32 min drive to Northwest Arkansas Airport
- 1 hour drive to Beaver Lake
Other Things to Note:
This unit is located on Dickson Street. Noise can sometimes be an issue, as with any place located on Dickson Street. There is also a train that runs through the center of downtown Fayetteville. The train crossing is located directly next to The Dickson building. Because of this, there is a train horn that sounds occasionally during the day and sometimes at night. We have stocked the condo with a noise machine in hopes to help with any possible disturbances!

Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.
Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.
Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.
Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

(1) No smoking inside or outside the property
(2) No pets
(3) No parties or events

My daughter and I traveled to Fayetteville to visit UOA Thr condo was perfect and so cute ! However , I learned a lesson to read everything before booking . As the owners disclosed the noise issue …I did not see it before I booked on a whim . The train and the noise from the kids partying on Dickson was real ….Thr condo had everything we needed and again, was so cute …but we left early due to noise .

We were in town for a couple of different events and had not been pleased with the only downtown hotel (where we had stayed last year). We had never used Vrbo before, but we will again. Fayetteville has a real parking problem, so having a place with a designated parking space was a real plus. We are "porch" people, so have a small, outside patio, was great.
