This is the premier location in Fayetteville for taking in all that this beautiful area has to offer. Just a short walk to watch the Hawgs and an even shorter one to visit the Dickson street entertainment district after the big game. Wilson Park is just a few blocks North and Old Main is an easy walk away as well.

This 2800+ sq. ft. home has beautiful hardwood floors throughout with tile in the wet areas. The open living and dining floor plan is excellent for entertaining. The dining room has a large dining table that seats 8. The bedrooms include a king bed in the master bedroom as well as a 32' flat screen TV.

3 extra bedrooms have queen beds with the other being a full. The kitchen comes fully furnished. There is a concrete patio in the back if you just want to set outside and enjoy the evening with steaks on the grill. Home shares laundry room with vrbo #317921. Separate entrance to each property

This was a perfect location. The house was very spacious with many bedrooms to spread out. If I had one request, it would be to show the house a little TLC. Fix Doorknobs for bedrooms to shut. Fix back door with some WB-40, Add Doorknobs to upstairs so nobody gets stuck if the door accidentally shuts.

We traveled to Fayetteville from Texas to visit nearby family over the 4th of July holiday. All of our "kids" have grown up, so we needed lots of beds and rooms, and this home satisfied that need perfectly! We had enough parking as well. Beds were very comfortable! We enjoyed walking around the area to look at the university, historical houses and buildings, and the nearby shops and restaurants. Some were closed due to summer/holiday, but we enjoyed JJ's Grill for a great lunch, and Prelude Breakfast Bar for an amazing breakfast. We also drove out to Terra Studios and bought some Bluebirds of Happiness and other neat artist items. Be aware on weekends, there will likely be some loud base from the nearby bars, and late night pedestrian traffic talking and laughing as they walk home, but we are good sleepers and loved the area, and it didn't bother us. Thank you Mike for providing a great VRBO home-away-from-home!

We came in town to watch our son present his senior capstone. Along with my husband and me, my father and mother drove in from Texas and my mother-in -aw drive in with us. This was the perfect place and location! We had plenty of rooms and had everything we needed. We were close to our son, restaurants, and to the school to attend his presentation. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone coming in to visit Fayetteville.

We enjoyed our stay during Mom's Weekend. House had a GREAT location which was perfect considering the snow Fayetteville received on Friday. We were able to walk to many places. The host was very responsive and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

We are a group of mothers and daughters who came to visit University of Arkansas. We loved the location of this house and proximity to campus and popular Dickson Street. We traveled in several cars and were able to make the parking work even with guests staying at the attached 1 bedroom separate VRBO listing. This is an older house so the bathrooms are small and the stairs tricky. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with owner was great and check in was easy.

Everything was great. Awesome location if you plan on spending nights on Dickson. The owner was very easy to do business with and very accommodating. Responded quickly to messages. Beds were comfy and omg the couch in the living room is so comfortable. House was very clean. I think my only complaint is the 5th bedroom is a very small room with just a full bed. There is a window A/C unit and a dresser built into the wall. I just don’t think that was very clear in the listing...or maybe I missed it? It’s definitely not 5 equally-ish sized rooms. But we made it work and had a great time and I would stay there if I ever need a house that big again. Thanks Mike for everything!!

They thought about everything! I loved the charm of this house but also everything was up-to-date. The location was perfect so close to everything. Plenty of parking, check in process was seamless, they had all of the amenities that we could think of. It really was the best stay I’ve ever had in a VRBO. We definitely love to come visit again. We even left our elf on the shelf and the owner shipped it to us I can’t believe how nice that was. You need to stay here!!!

If you are visiting Fayetteville and plan to enjoy Dixon Street with friends and family, this is absolutely THE place to stay. The house is awesome, very clean, nicely decorated, and the beds are very comfortable, which are very welcome after a long night of walking Dixon. :-) Although located right behind Dixon, the location is very quiet with a nice outdoor patio to enjoy the fall air. This is our 2nd stay here and will always be our 1st choice when visiting UArk.

We stayed here in Dec. when my son graduated and also had our family christmas there. It was wonderful, lots of room for everyone. I wish we would have found this place years ago when my sisters went to collage there. Our family got to be togeter it sure was better than staying in motel rooms. I would recomend it to anyone. We really enjoyed this place! The owner is very down to earth and extremely easy to work with. We held a bachelor party here and the location was perfect. The house was very clean, decorated really well, and suprisingly quiet for it's location to Dickson street. If you are having trouble choosing a place in Fayetteville, definitely give this house a try. You won't be upset at all!

We all had a wonderful time at the Bikes Blues and BBQ. The house was awesome. Its an old house and it has its quirks, but I would definitely recommend it to all my friends. It is decorated very nice and modern. The beds are really comfortable. Very spacious. Loved being able to walk to the events. Spent a lot of time on the back patio talking and listening to the bands playing. With traveling on a motorcycle, it was really nice to have a washer and dryer to do laundry, since we have to pack light. Mike is very accommodating and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

This was the perfect addition for my birthday weekend. My girlfriends came into town and they loved the house and the location. We had a ball!! There's plenty of space and everything inside makes you feel right at home. We enjoyed a night on Dickson and never had to pay for parking or worry about a designated driver. It was perfect! I rented this house for visiting family. We spent a lot of time in the house over a weekend with 6 adults and 8 kids. It was plenty spacious enough for everyone, and there was even enough room in the back yard for the kids to play safely away from the road. It is a very nice home and I even love the decorative touches! We walked to Willy D's from the house one evening - the location is perfect! Also, we did not have the chance to ride the trail, but you can easily ride your bike from the house right onto the bike trail.

Was getting married in Fayetteville and chose this location due to the location. Ended up changing the wedding location to the front yard of the house because it was a small event and my grandmother is aging. It was just perfect. It made our wedding feel so intimate and personal. Positives: Well located "where the action is"; very clean and inviting, nicely decorated, well appointed as in appliances cooking gear, dishes, etc., sound system (see below), ample supply of linens, comfortable beds, adequate parking, outdoor table and grill that would be nice in appropriate weather. A great place to hang out. While quite good, some things could be improved to transform a good experience into and excellent one. Suggestions: ---bed tables and reading lamps on both sides of both beds, especially for mature adults ---sink in bathroom needs attention. Both fills and drains very slowly ---bathroom needs counter or shelf for toiletries ---would have been nice to have had directions for the sound system in the kitchen ---ditto the air conditioning system ---ditto instructions regarding all of the parking options ---A coffee pot such as a $20 Coffee Mate.

This is a large, open older home that has been beautifully remodeled and decorated and just happens to sit in the best possible location for a wknd getaway in Fayetteville. What a find! Dickson St.was steps away and had many choices of restaurants to choose from. The house had everything we needed for our stay and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. We could not have hoped for a better wknd! Perfect!

The location is great! Right off Dickson St. on the edge of the university campus. Everything is within walking distance. The owner was very accomodating. The process, from requesting a rental date to check-out, was flawless and very easy. I would recommend this to anyone interested in a convenient location to both the university as well as all the restaurants and bars on Dickson St. Thanks.
