Stayed here for a family vacation. The property is a nice place to stay and relax. Itâs close to many attractions. The Rye Beach access is nice and only a couple minute walk from the house. The house was clean and comfortable. This is the second time staying at this property and would again in the future.

1: The outside door doesnât stay closed & blows open during the night or when you open the interior door.2: There is a mold like odor throughout the cottage.3: The bathroom sink drains very slowly like it is clogged.4. The tub drain is filled with hair, for this reason we never used it.5. The bathroom light switch needs to be repaired/ replaced. You have to hold it in the right spot to get it to stay on.
