The property is located in a neighborhood, but immediately in the middle of all destinations - the pier, Cedar Point, fishing, etc. The front screen door is broken and the message feature with the host is non responsive. Overall, the place did the trick and we would rent it again.

Decent place to rest your head. Close to the park which is nice. Quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly. Host responded quickly to questions. We were supposed to check in no earlier than 4. Property mgmt. called and asked what time we'd get there and I told them 4:30. We arrived right at that time and the cleaning lady was still there. We killed time for a half hour then waited in the drive til she was done. Go in at 5pm. It's decently clean. However, there was no toilet paper anywhere to be found. There was 1 trash bag in the kitchen receptacle with no extras and none in other receptacles. I went out to patio area and the smell of dog poo hit me. The yard had at least 6 piles. I had to clean that up and had to scavenge a plastic bag from our belongings to put it in because no extra trash bags. I opened the fridge to place some groceries in and the fridge reaked of fish. Then I went to the cupboard to grab a bowl for my pet's water and there were dirty dishes in there. So I went to wash them and I had no dish cloth or sponge to clean them with. My husband and I went to the store and picked up some cloths and trash bags. And my son's girlfriend bought some toilet paper on her way over. I don't understand why these simple items weren't provided. But plan accordingly.
