Our cottage is a 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath fully furnished home. This sleeps 8 people comfortable . The home sits right on the water for your views. All bedding and towels are provided. There is a large patio and deck with a gas grill for your outdoor cooking, along with a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher. We are located within walking distance of a neighborhood private beach. Bring your beach towels and fishing poles and you are set to go! Fishing can be done from the patio.

We absolutely loved the Lake House on Lake Erie in Huron. Roberta was more than accommodating our large family with kids ranging from 8 months to 16 years old! There is plenty of room to sleep comfortably with all of the accommodations we needed! We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck near the lake and the kids enjoyed fishing on the pier in Huron. The house is located close to all of the tourist things, but also tucked away from the hustle bustle in a quiet retreat. Even our 3 year old said “Wake House Wake House… I wove the Wake House.” You can’t go wrong staying in this family owned house for an incredible price and comfortable stay.

Small but cozy cottage on Lake Erie. It doesn’t have a beach but fishing off the break wall is fun for kids and safe. A sand beach is a few blocks away. Area is quiet.

The owners are very nice and easy to work with. House is very nice and clean exactly as pictured. The outdoor space is the best we have found yet. Great deck to sit on and a patio that goes out to the lake to lounge on. Best sunsets I’ve seen from the patio.

Perfect, quiet & secluded home right on the Lake. The sunrise from the back patio is absolutely amazing! The living room is relaxing and very cozy. The bedrooms upstairs were very warm at night time but the fans provided helped out a lot. Owners were accommodating and very prompt with returning messages. Would definitely stay here again with family and/or friends!

Only 1 family had kids (15 and 19) and only 2 adults drank - so a quiet crowd. Both neighbors were amiable. Bald eagle sightings daily. Few white bass but catfish were biting in the evenings. Roberta was friendly and easily open to questions. All was good but I was disappointed in not being able to access the water in front for wading/swimming.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was right on the lake and we were able to fish right from the property. There was plenty of outdoor seating and we enjoyed using the grill. The kitchen was very well stocked. The living room seemed to be recently updated with really nice furniture and decorations. Our teens brought their friends and we needed a place that would accommodate all of us and this place was perfect. It had 8 twin beds in 3 bedrooms! There are two small private beaches within walking distance. One has a basketball court and playground as well. We were also in driving distance of Nickel Plate Beach. Cedar Point was close as well. Loved having all of the room that this lovely house provided us! Roberta was very friendly and gave great tips over the phone as well. We'd love to come back someday.!

My three girlfriends and I had a great stay here over Labor Day weekend. It's a comfortable home where we could rest in. We cooked and ate like queens using the supplied kitchen, and were able to play games at the big table. As far as the kitchen goes, it's well equipped! We couldn't find a cheese grater in the kitchen, but all else we needed was there! There may have been one, and we just didn't find it. The owner was super sweet, and I chatted the neighbor next door one afternoon. She too was a sweet woman. We spent a lot of afternoon time on the deck in front of the house enjoying the view. The little patio with the adirondack chairs was also adorable. We enjoyed some evening drinks there one night. The water level was higher than normal, and was rough the one day, so we enjoyed some 'sea spray' from the waves crashing on the rocks and even rolling up on the concrete area a couple times. a We went to Put-n-Bay for a day while staying here on Miller's Ferry. It was about a 30 min drive to the Ferry, and another 30 min ferry ride. that was also a good time. My one friend said her bed was a little noisy, so anytime she moved she heard it squeaking... She however never chose to move to a different one (there were three others in the room she stayed int that she could have tried out. LOL. ... My group had a great time and definitely hope to return!

What a view

Home was perfect for us for the 4 days that we were in the Area. The home was exactly as described and Roberta was wonderful to work with. Everything was communicated in a timely manner and she was always available to answer any questions we had. It is a nice short drive to Cedar Point and the view off of the deck is incredible! We would definitely return to rent this home again!

My family thoroughly enjoyed a beautiful vacation in this house on the shores of Lake Erie! Roberta was a great host. The house was clean and comfortable, with plenty of room. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck overlooking the water, cooking on the grill, and watching Cedar Point fireworks in the evening. The location is quiet, and close Cedar Point, beaches and restaurants.

This property suited us, (5 adults 4 kids 12,6,4,2) perfectly!!! We wasn’t on top of each other but also kept us together!! The owners are above and beyond great and was very helpful for the area! I will definitely stay here again enjoyed every minute!

As soon as we drove we knew this place was a small slice of haven. Seeing the lake that close up was indeed a welcoming sight to see. Roberta was very pleasant to work with and provided every possible detail needed before our stay. The house was wonderful and provided everything we needed for our getaway. Pot, Pans,Towels etc all we needed to enjoy ourselves and not worry about nothing. Our friends from Chicago that met us there though the same thing and we are already planning our next trip up there.
