The porch was not even swept for months. Bird poop on outside furniture. Weeds three feet high. Many, many ants in several rooms inside. Bugs IN the master bedroom bed! Floor tile missing in the bathroom. Very poor painting throughout. No access to backyard.

The house met our needs for 5 days but is in need of serious repair. cabinet doors barely on, ants all over kitchen ruining our donuts on counter top, weeds and trees overgrown into house windows, and hole in kitchen floor. The paint on the walls does not even cover over old paint. The best part of the whole stay was the temperpedic mattress...otherwise save your money.

fix this place up before renting it out. it needs overhauled with repairs

I would not recommend this place. It took 3 door codes before we were able to get in the house. The house is very old and needs to be updated. There was no tv remote. I called, and they were going to bring one out that night, but we had plans, so I asked if they could drop it off the next morning, they said they would. The next AFTERNOON, after I called back, they sent a nice man out with a remote. The kitchen cabinets and appliances were sticky and dirty, and there were ants! After I got a dirty glass out of the cabinet, I put everything in the dishwasher that I thought we may use and washed them. There were no dishclothes or dish towels. We wanted to use the ceiling fan in the bedroom. The first night, it seemed ok, other than the noise. The second night, the fan woke us up at 2:30 am. with the lights flashing. We were afraid it was going to start an electrical fire, so we turned it off and didn't use it anymore. This house needs alot of work, I would not recommend it.
