Beautiful location but thought we could access the lake/ River was not possible.Sewage odor from laundry room permeated lower level.

Great setting.Some exterior maintenance (deck, railing) is needed.Interior is very nice with lots of open space.Kitchen cabinets need maintenance. Kitchen sink leak at end of stay reported to property manager.Lots of wildlife sightings during stay.

The views are lovely and the home is spacious and well appointed. Check-in and out were a breeze thanks to the management company. The master bedroom was comfortable and our family enjoyed the many games and the rustic fireplace...we even got to use 3 kayaks that were in the driveway next to the garage (note - glad we rented an Expedition, it was a 10 min drive to get into the lake)! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare basic meals including a griddle and great set of knives. It's pretty close to Sandpoint but it is on a gravel road and requires a difficult left turn onto a major thoroughfare. There were always quite a few flies in the home and it is close enough to a train track that you can hear and feel trains passing by. Our only major complaint was that the home smelled of cigarette smoke and after staying there a week, all of our belongings retained a mild but obvious cigarette smell that required laundering and additional measures to remove. I alerted the management company and they were gracious and promised to look into it but I was disapointed that they did not offer anything to offset the inconvenience.
