Water ski, fish, paddleboard, and even go out to dinner by boat at this location. This private home features a deck, large yard, gas BBQ, dock, firepit, and free WiFi. You'll also have plenty of room to park your boat trailer and there is a boat launch nearby, as well.

THINGS TO KNOW
- Pack 'n Play provided.
- The wood-burning stove is non-operable
- No fireworks, gatherings, pets, wandering off of the property, littering, exceeding the allotted number of eight total guests, or firepits during burn bans
- QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD. THIS HOME IS NOT FOR PARTIES. MOST SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES, COUPLES, OR LOW-KEY GROUPS.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Dock details: Private boat slip. The boat launch is straight on Laclede Ferry Road.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Property and home are beautiful. We loved it. The dock and water were amazing.
The house was so neat. My kids loved the old style to it.
The neighbors must not be a fan of the owners renting. As they came over a lot to tell us how they like things and what they expected from us. We sat in the deck at 530pm the first night with our kids and were asked to go inside as they could hear us, while they were on their deck.
Did not appreciate that.
They also let their dogs run free in the shared yard which made it hard for my son to be outside as he has a fear of dogs. The one set of neighbors house is very very close so they could hear any sound coming off the deck. Was not able to enjoy it without them complaining to us.

Great place for our family vacation. We’ve been coming to Sandpoint area for years, this was wonderful. You can wade into the water at the dock, fire pit was fantastic, cabin was cozy. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend

We had to go get propane midway through bbq ing. The crane beeped all night long. There was no coffee so I had to go buy that. The refrigerator ruined half my fresh produce because it froze anything touching it, so I wasted a lot of my food. It was pretty hot and there’s no air conditioner. There’s no lights on the stairs so it’s dangerous to walk down. The silverware drawer is falling apart. The mattresses were low quality since you can feel the springs. There were good parts but I would not have carpet where the dining room table and back deck sliding door is. It’s hard to clean food off shag carpet.
