Adventure Haus Hayden Lake-Family Fun with Hottub!

Calling all Outdoor Adventure Lovers!!! Welcome to Adventure Haus Hayden Lake, a space where you can enjoy a vacation packed with fun in beautiful Hayden Lake, Idaho with an outdoor adventure/National Park theme! With 4 bedrooms themed after different National Parks and areas, including one for the little explorers, so you can pick your favorite! The home features a covered hottub, a covered deck with outdoor seating, a firepit, 2 car garage, as well as a game room, and is dog friendly!

Adventure Haus Hayden Lake is located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood that is walking distance to Hayden Lake Country Club, and is 1.5 miles to Honeysuckle Beach on Hayden Lake. (its a beautiful walk there from the house, highly recommend!) Hayden is a peaceful smaller town just 10 minutes from all the action in Coeur d'Alene, and is a bit closer to Silverwood Theme Park which is just a short treck up Highway 95. Though Hayden is a bit smaller, there are some great restaurants just down the road including Parallel 47 (best cocktails!) Capones (fun and tasty sports bar and grill) and the Porch near Avondale Golf Club are some of my favorites.

The home features a split floor plan with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and a living room on each floor. The downstairs living room is set up as a game room with a kids size pool table and magnetic dart board and mini basketball hoop. Upstairs the kitchen is fully equipped and has all the basics to prepare meals, and features a coffee bar area with coffee items and tea for guests. The 2 car garage is for guest use as well.

Once outside, you will first walk unto the covered deck seating area equipped with string lights. Walking down the deck stairs, you will enter the fully fenced backyard that is landscaped and full of beautiful plants. The hottub is under a covered gazebo which is perfect for inclement weather. Next to that is the firepit with chairs to sit around enjoy making s'mores!

Please keep in mind that this home is in a regular neighborhood and it is very important to us to be courteous to our neighbors. Parties or excessive loud noise especially after 9pm will not be permitted.

There is enough room in the driveway to park several vehicles and there is a gravel area for trailer or boat parking.

Please note their is a trailer parked in the side yard that does not interfere with guests using any of the advertised spaces. Depending on the time of year, there may potentially be boat stored there that also will not interfere with guest areas.
