About this apartment rental

Stunning South city views, outdoor space, and contemporary design in this Historic S&W Art- Deco building, in downtown Asheville. This 4th floor two-bedroom features a large living room, 1 king bedroom, 1 king bedroom, each with private baths and an additional king bed in the loft. Access the private, 50-ft wide terrace from the second upstairs living room in the condo via floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors. The Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway are also just a short drive away.

Great location right in the middle of things to do. Beds are comfortable and the place was well appointed. Easy check in and out process. Parking was right near by.

This is such a comfortable place in a very central location! We cooked all of our meals at home and the unit had everything we needed. Each room was super spacious. We loved having the cute food hall downstairs, had super close parking, and easily walked all around downtown straight from this building. There is a newer, nice hotel next door that has a classy bar/restaurant and a garden level bar with free arcade games (kids welcome until 9 PM). I highly recommend this stay and would stay here again without question.
