You`ll fall in love with this new condominium and it will become your frequent place of lodging while in Asheville. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). We recommend midsize or smaller vehicles only.
This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. It was incredibly loud, to the point where I could not sleep. I could hear people talking at 3 am from the fourth floor and the maid service throughout the day from other units. When talking to a friend at dinner, who is a police officer, he visibly recoiled when I mentioned Asheland Avenue, as it is a bad area. Property was nice and close to downtown, but the noise and sense of danger were too much. Furthermore, it was nearly impossible to open the second floor garage from the car, which seemed easy to fix.
