You`ll fall in love with this condo, and it will become your frequent place of lodging while in Asheville. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions).
This condominium is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment to Airbnb. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.
This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. Location was ideal for our needs and a balcony to see the amazing fireworks! The place was immaculate but could have used more housewares like dishes, cups, glasses and a vacuum or at least a swiffer! Toiletries like bath soap was sparse for an 8 day booking

We enjoyed our stay! This downtown condo is in a great location, with restaurants, parks, breweries within a short walk, and The Biltmore nearby.

The location of this property was great. So convenient to everything, but we were afraid to take advantage of that and walk many places, bc the property is across from the bus station. Vagrants begged for money while we went in and out of the parking garage. Overall, we were disappointed and uncomfortable.
