There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions).
This condominium is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment to Airbnb. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. This condo was very clean and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed the central location as our home base while exploring the Asheville area.We walked to the Irish Pub one night, and brought up food from the adjoining Asian Bowl restaurant downstairs.We felt very safe in this downtown location.The only negative is the noise in the morning from bus station.

Condo was clean and quiet. Neighborhood was sketchy. It was right across from the bus station, and we were harassed by unhoused people and people with drug problems/mental health issues. Definitely not somewhere I would stay with small children.
