We felt very safe with the key-coded parking garage and the secured elevator access. We didn’t end up cooking, but we did appreciate having the Keurig available. We also wanted to let you know that one of the bedroom doors squeaks, and the shower heads were dripping, which affected our sleep. Otherwise, the condo is beautifully furnished and in a very convenient location.

yes, we liked the parking garage. the kitchen and baths were stocked with what we needed. really appreciate the generosity with towels, toilet paper, etc. we felt secure.

Parking and access to the building was very secure. We were traveling with our three young kids and we’re not excited that the Greyhound bus and city bus terminal was across the street. We saw homeless people walking around and pretty sure we witnessed a drug deal happening in the parking lot across the street, which was a clear shot from our balcony. I personally would not stay here again with our young family, but the property itself was very secure and safe. Just not located in a very safe part of town for young families. We did not feel safe, walking around at night time or in the evening.

The location is good walking distance to downtown, it’s across the road from bus station, a lot of homeless roam. The fire alarm went off one night and we had to evacuate. Two fire engines showed up. Someone on 5th floor burnt his popcorn. It’s laughable but my granddaughter is still having nightmares. One resident said it happens regularly because of short term rental people. The condo is spotless, super clean. It’s 4 codes to remember!! Garage, elevator, lobby, door to condo and garbage, oh 5! Lots of late at night and early morning street noise.
