Discover our charming house "La grange de Trémolat" in the heart of the village. Completely renovated, it combines original stones and burnt wood, creating a unique aesthetic combining modern and old. Inside, exposed beams and stone walls coexist with modern equipment for optimal comfort. Barn of 165 m2 living space in a private park of about 3300 m2, located
in the heart of the village of Trémolat, in the Périgord Noir, with its listed church of the Xth century.
House 100 meters from the village square and the various restaurants including "le Vieux Logis", Relais et Châteaux, 1* Michelin (whose chef is MOF), the pizzeria "Nulle part ailleurs", the "Bistrot de la place" second restaurant of the Vieux logis, and "Les tartines"...
The 15-month renovation transformed this old building into a house combining modern and old (burnt wood and stones).
We have taken particular care of your comfort by choosing very high quality bedding.
All the furniture, linen and crockery have been carefully selected in 2024 to equip our beautiful house.

The house has 2 entrances: an entrance from the park and an entrance from the Impasse des Mulets.
The swimming pool is equipped with an electric roller shutter which must be closed as soon as no adult is present by the pool as well as every night in order to preserve the temperature.
The television is in 4K connected.

* a SMEG refrigerator with freezer compartment.

700 meters from the village, on the banks of the Dordogne, you can enjoy water sports: pedal boat, paddle, water skiing, buoy....
