About this apartment rental
2026: now renting again, neighboring construction is finished. Summary:
39 sq meter (~420 sq ft) apartment, 1 air-conditioned bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bathroom adjacent to the bedroom with hot/cold shower, 1 living room with a fan, a sofa, kitchenette and dining area. High ceiling. Weekly cleaning service is provided; extra cleaning available upon request for a small fee. The place is located within a family owned boutique inn complex. Large swimming pool with beautiful views. The location is in close proximity to all amenities Ubud has to offer.
Note #1: All guests please submit copy (s) of passport / personal page only 3 days before check-in.
Note #2: Self check-in with a key box. Instructions will be provided. We can also arrange for an airport pick up for a fee. With our airport pick up, the driver will be able to help you with your suitcases and check you into the apartment unit. If you wish to arrange your own transportation, it's fine too. But for evening check-in, it's mandatory to hire our driver for ease of checking-in.
About the space: a second floor unit of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room/dining, kitchenette, closet. It's an apartment within a family run boutique inn complex. The complex has 24 hour security guard.
Check out is at the latest 11 AM. Sorry, we don't have any space to store your luggage upon checkout.
Check in: at or after 2 PM.

Located in a quiet area, yet walkable to restaurants and spas. Overlooks rice paddy and pool is large. Perfect for single traveler.

Photos don’t do this place justice. It’s very spacious , high ceilings, great sized kitchen and living room space and work table or dining.
Bed was very comfortable, air con worked great. Daily cleaning was a nice touch. There’s a pool but it’s chlorine so we didn’t swim but it was kept up. You can walk out the back of the property into the rice fields and explore the village. It’s a bit further than central Ubud but we didn’t mind as we love to walk and experience the city at a slower pace. Yoga studio right beside the home. Construction was happening adjacent but didn’t disturb us at all. Would come back in a heart beat!
