About this apartment rental
2026: Now renting again! Neighboring construction is finished!
47 sq meter (~500 sq feet) apartment, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed, 1 bathroom adjacent to the bedroom w/ hot and cold water, 1 indoor living room w/ single size daybed, fully equipped kitchenette completely indoors. A/C in the bedroom, fan in the living room. New water heater as of Feb 2026.
The apartment is within a small boutique inn with a shared swimming pool; and this unit is independently owned and managed. Self check-in. Cleaning once a week. Clean, no frills room, on beautiful grounds.
Check in is at or after 2 PM.
Check out is at the latest 11 AM. Sorry, we don't have any space to store your luggage upon checkout.
Note #1: All guests please submit copy (s) of passport / personal page at least 3 days before check-in.
Note #2: Self check-in with a key box. Instructions will be provided. We can also arrange for an airport pick up for a fee. With our airport pick up, the driver will be able to help you with your suitcases and check you into the apartment unit. If you wish to arrange your own transportation, it's fine too. But for evening check-in, it's mandatory to hire our driver for ease of checking-in.
About the space: You will have 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room/dining, kitchenette, closet. It's an apartment within a small boutique inn complex. The complex has 24 hour security guard.
Your space: You are renting a whole apartment unit of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living-dining on the first floor (street level). Within the boutique inn complex, you can take benefits of swimming in a large swimming pool with beautiful views. The location is in close proximity to all amenities Ubud has to offer.
Interaction/communication:
When my unit is rented, that means I'm not in Ubud. I can communicate with you through this VRBO/HA platform and there is a 15 hours time difference. I have an on-demand team that I can contact for some urgent matters.
Other things to note:
It might be surprising to learn that although it is the tropics, Bali has actually water crisis. Please help us to conserve water.
There is NO safety box.
There is no DVD.
Another important note:
Not just this property, but there are many stairs on the entire island of Bali.

Clean, no-frills, relatively comfortable apartment near town. Very quiet and serene. Manager was very nice and cleaned every day. Highly recommend this place if you are on a budget but still want a clean and quiet place.
