Charming flat with balcony, in the Porticciolo area in Rapallo.The apartment, completely renovated and equipped with every comfort, is located on the third floor of a building with lift.The flat opens onto a corridor that runs through the whole flat and divides the various rooms; on the left is the laundry room, while on the right is the first bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. Continuing on is the sea-view living room furnished with dining table, TV, two-seater sofa bed and open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and kettle.
