L'appartamento è carino in un contesto condominiale un po' nascosto, ma pulito e ordinato
La struttura ha inviato una mail, successivamente alla prenotazione, che tra l'altro non avevo visto, che indicava il check in si sarebbe dovuto fare in un paese limitrofo. Ora.... Noi eravamo ignari della cosa e la struttura non ha neppure verificato che l'informazione fosse stata appresa, inoltre eravamo in treno ed abbiamo avuto accesso alla camera solo dopo le ore 18:00 del giorno di arrivo perché abbiamo dovuto attendere i treni da e per Rapallo prima di potervi entrare. Inoltre alla richiesta di poter avere la camera un po' prima delle 16:00, visto che viene liberata entro le 11:00, ci é stato risposto che non si potevano fare eccezioni. Morale, di 2 giorni di relax a Rapallo che dovevamo fare ne abbiamo fatto meno di uno perché l'altro lo abbiamo passato a risolvere queste cattive gestioni del check in.
