This has been a private unit for 15 years!! Phoenix VII is one of the best condo complexes on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the living room or master bedroom balcony. With over 1,500 sq ft the unit is very spacious.
The views are amazing from this 7th floor condo whether your lounging on the couch or enjoying your favorite beverage on the balcony. Also, there is a King bed in the master bedroom, a Full sized bed and a twin over full bunk in the 2nd bedroom for sleeping up to 7. There is a 50'' HDTV in living room, a 50' in the master bedroom and a 40'' HDTVs in the 2nd bedroom.
There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, and lighted tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix VII with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.
We do have other units at Phoenix 7 should you need more space.
Parking: One parking spot is free with your rental. If you need an additional spot you will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1 night is $40, 2-10 nights is $65, 11-31 nights is $110, 32-61 nights is $160, 62+ nights is $210. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Great views from our 7th floor room! Good size balcony with great views! Loved the condo! Our freezer broke and we had a new fridge/freezer the next day. Resort staff was great as well. Kept the pool area very clean.

We had a wonderful time. The view was great, every morning we enjoyed a cup of coffee while enjoying the view of the ocean, numerous mornings we saw dolphins jumping in the waves. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, so we made several meals. Can’t wait to come back next spring.

Great location and booking was easy. But there was mold all in master bath shower. Table outside would peel off paint onto skin.
