This has been a private unit for 15 years!! Phoenix VII is one of the best condo complexes on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the living room or master bedroom balcony. With over 1,500 sq ft the unit is very spacious.



The views are amazing from this 7th floor condo whether your lounging on the couch or enjoying your favorite beverage on the balcony. Also, there is a King bed in the master bedroom, a Full sized bed and a twin over full bunk in the 2nd bedroom for sleeping up to 7. There is a 50'' HDTV in living room, a 50' in the master bedroom and a 40'' HDTVs in the 2nd bedroom.



There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, and lighted tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix VII with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.



We do have other units at Phoenix 7 should you need more space.



Parking: One parking spot is free with your rental. If you need an additional spot you will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1 night is $40, 2-10 nights is $65, 11-31 nights is $110, 32-61 nights is $160, 62+ nights is $210. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Great location and booking was easy. But there was mold all in master bath shower. Table outside would peel off paint onto skin.

We vacationed with another family and had four teenage boys total. There was plenty for the boys to do and the adults enjoyed hanging out as well. This particular rental had everything that we needed. Everything was clean and well maintained. Would stay here again.

Rating Details: PROS: -Check in and out was very easy. -The location is amazing. -The vacation rental was very clean. -Well stocked kitchen. CONS: -Second bathroom photo possibly uses a fish eye so the photo makes it look bigger than it actually is. -Second bedroom (with three beds) has no ceiling fan and it got HOT back there. -This unit needs some love. Reviewer Comments: This is my third stay, third unit at Phoenix VII. As listed above, the location is great! Views are stunning! It was so easy to check in and out! The unit was quite clean! The kitchen is well stocked! Unfortunately, this unit needs some extra love. The master bath toilet roll holder fell apart. We tried to fix it several times. We ended up putting the toilet paper roll on the floor. There was mold in the master bath shower, on the shower curtains as well as the ceiling. There was a hole in the sofa pillow and the bench in the entryway is covered in stains. Lots of dings/scuffs on the walls and lamp shades. I expected the unit to be better taken care of for the price.
