Featuring 5 bedrooms, open living space plus additional lounge/media areas, there's plenty of room for friends or family members to enjoy some quiet time or a movie or two.

You'll be transfixed as you step out onto the rear patio and it will be hard not to spend your whole stay out there. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen with a BBQ or home made pizza, gaze at the stars while you roast marshmallows over the fire pit or just sit back and relax and soak it all in... with a glass of 2 of Hunter Valley wine, of course! Fabulous. Although on arrival we noticed that there appeared to be smell of stale cigarette smoke in the tv room. We opened all the windows and it soon cleared.
