👥 Only same number of guests booked are permitted to stay.
🐾 Pets and approved extra guests: $25 per night each.
🔇 Keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM. Noise complaints or disturbances will result in removal and cancel booking without a refund.
💡 Turn off all appliances, A/C & heating when no one home. Only fridge stays on
🗑️ Tuesday stays: please take bins to the street for council collection.
👀 We live nearby and regularly monitor this property. If your group exceeds the number of guests booked or plan an event please don’t book this property.
