Pine Ridge Incline Condo puts you just one block from downtown Breckenridge and at the bottom of Four O’ Clock ski run so you can nearly ski right back to your condo. Hop on the shuttle to the ski resort in the morning or take the short stroll to the gondola. The complex features shared hot tubs, and you’ll also enjoy access to the Upper Village pool and hot tubs!
Inside you’ll find a cozy living area with comfortable leather furniture, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. The bar separating the living area and the kitchen is a perfect place to congregate while you enjoy your favorite TV show or the morning snow report. Large sliding glass doors provide plenty of natural light and lead to the patio that has nice seating to enjoy the cool mountain air.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and everything you need to whip up a five-star meal for your family or group. We all had a very comfortable stay at this condo. The location is great; it's very easy to walk to Main Street. It was very handy to have 2 couch beds, as well as 2 comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was easy to use and had everything we needed. We made good use of the outdoor pool and my grandson enjoyed roller-blading in the parking lot. I highly recommend. Thanks!

Unit is nicer than some others in the building in terms of finishes. Close to bus stop and short walk to Main Street. Only meaningful negative is the noise from people walking up and down the stairs, and the fact there are 3 parking spots outside of the bedrooms - so you hear people right outside the windows.

Great place, excellent location. Instructions sent online for things like how to work the tv, parking instructions, etc. need to be updated, as they were not correct and different than instructions physically printed in the condo.
