This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo is the perfect getaway for groups of up to eight – and with both bedrooms being suites with private bathrooms, it’s also perfect for two couples/families to share! In the living area, you’ll be impressed by the beautiful gas fireplace with gorgeous stacked stone. There’s also lots of seating and a flat-screen TV for entertainment after a long day on the mountain.
The fully equipped, updated kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep everyone happy and fed. There’s room for six at the dining table four more at the breakfast bar. Or if you feel like dining out, you’ll love being just steps from all the restaurants and shops Main Street Breckenridge has to offer, as well as having easy access to the free shuttle to take you around town and the mountain in both the summer and winter!
This condo is a short walk (or shuttle ride) from the Snowflake lift. You can also ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to the condo. The complex features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub.
Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for one vehicle. This condo was perfect for our family of five. The condo was well maintained, clean and cozy. Kitchen had all essentials. The steam shower in the primary was a plus. Beds were comfortable. Short distance walk to downtown Breckenridge. Property management company was great checking in on us to make sure our needs were met. Would definitely stay here again. Would highly recommend to others.

Very convenient location to town and bus! Did not get to use “ski in” due to lack of snow, but the ski locker is a bonus. Condo is well appointed, clean with plenty of room. A map of the property and area would be helpful. Mattresses might need to be replaced, would definitely stay here again.

The property met our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay there. You are right at the corner of the building and near a round-a-bout so there is some traffic noise, but it did not bother us. Location is excellent for walking to main street. Overall we were very happy!
