Perfect location for getting into town and hiking the reservoir at Snowflake ski lift. We had a problem using the entry lock, but the owner answered our call immediately and walked us through the problem. Don’t hesitate to use this property.

Our family of 4 enjoyed a week at this excellent unit. Pluses were convenience to the mountain/free shuttle on 4 o’clock road, ski in huts across the street, comfort of beds and furniture, proximity to town (all restaurants and shops just a 5-10 minute walk), parking, ski locker / wall storage for snow gear (best we’ve ever experienced), and porch with gas grill (we did not use but it was a nice touch). Great value overall. The washer cannot be loaded too full but the property owner was super helpful to identify a solution for us. We will stay again! Thank you so much!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! It’s just a block walk to the bus station to take you one stop up the road to the snowflake lift. It’s easily walkable, but the bus helped with little kids. The hot tubs are viewable from the condo so you know when one is available. We spent a great deal of time relaxing after a long day of skiing. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and they do a good job stocking the place with plenty of paper towels, toilet paper etc as well. We will be back!

This was a perfect location for walking to town and ski/snowboarding out with a run ending 1 block away. The living space is very large for a 2 bedroom condo in this area with plenty of comfortable seating. The extra bunk beds in one of the rooms made it so our party of 3 adults and 2 small children could fit veey comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Breckenridge.

The hosts were kind and accommodating when we arrived in town early. The location is perfect for both walking in town and walking to the snowflake lift (or you can catch a bus). The ski closet outside is super convenient. The steam shower was a huge hit. And the beds are all comfortable. Would definitely return in the future!

We all had a great time. The property was perfect for our group. Short walk to the snowflake lift and able to ride most of the way back with a very short walk back to the condo. Short walk to main st. During our 5 day trip we only used the rental truck to go to keystone for a day. Otherwise we walked to everything

We had two families (kids 7-9 years old) enjoy this property for Christmas. It’s super conveniently located, a 1 minute walk to a free bus that takes you to your choice of lifts. Alternatively, a 5 minute walk to Snowflake. Skiing down Four O,Clock drops you to just across the street for a one minute walk. The first floor location is also nice for skiers. Parking is easy and there is even covered parking options which were easy for us to secure. The condo is well stocked with kids toys, dishes, cooking spices, etc. The TV and Internet work well. We ran into an issue where the fireplace didn’t work. I contacted the hosts through VRBO, and I got a call within 3 minutes and the owner walked me through the process of relighting the pilot. It worked the entire week we were there after that. They were super responsive and apologetic. I’d definitely stay here again!

Nicely maintained two bedroom, two bathroom condo in the heart of Breckenridge. The condo is a very short walk to the heart of Breckenridge main street where all the shopping and restaurants are located. It is a 9-10 minute walk to the Gondola and convenient to hiking trails and other nearby activities. The hosts provided clear information and responded quickly to messages. Great overall experience!

Our family of four stayed here during our spring break ski trip and had a wonderful time. This condo sleeps 8, so our family of 4 had lots of room. A short two-block walk to the Snowflake lift (or a one-stop free bus ride). Also, we figured out that we could pay the ski shop near the snowflake lift to store our skis and boots making the walk so much easier. The other great thing about the location is that it is only 10 minutes from downtown. We walked there for dinner 2x. We highly recommend dinner at Ember (great happy hour prices) and Twist! The condo had everything we needed for meals so we did eat in a few nights as well. There are two hot tubs located just off the balcony of the condo, which we used most nights. A great stay, and we would book again. Thank you Jim & Jason!

Great location for a summer stay (probably winter as well)! It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4, though could easily fit more kids in. One improvement would be to get a new King bed; it felt very lumpy and uncomfortable plus made a noise every time someone moved. We were able to cook in the kitchen, though it seems like other renters have been a bit rough on the pots and the cooktop. I would still recommend the property, overall enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at 4 O'Clock. The spacious condo was as described. The owners have made sure you have everything you could need. The location was better than expected. Normally we stay at the base of Peak 9 (Marriott). This location is centrally located, a short walk into town, or to the shuttles. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

The unit was well equipped and in a good central location for Peak 9 or Peak 8 lifts, Free Ride Shuttle or walk to town. The steam shower in the master bedroom was a great perk.

The Condo space is perfect for a family or group. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom while our adult age kids stayed in the second bedroom. Second bedroom is furnished well with three beds -- queen size stand alone bed as well as full size bunk beds. Lower bunk might be queen size. The space works well for a family or group as furnished. Also, it was awesome having a washer and dryer. Upon arrival, the unit was clean. It was well furnished just as advertised. Location is good. After skiing, I enjoyed the ability to walk through town for dinner and scenery. Town is all lit up -- super cute! There are some awesome restaurants plus some super cute shops in Breckenridge. It took me day to figure out the best place to cut off from the 4 O'clock run to get to the condo with the least amount of effort. There is a sign but it is small. Overall, this is a super sweet place!

This property was great! My college aged daughter and myself booked this condo for a Christmas vacation. It was perfect for us. The pictures are exactly how it looks. Nice touches such as plenty of coat hooks, areas for wet boots, two boot and glove warmers and an outside closet for skis and snowboards. All of the appliances worked properly. The washing machine and dryer are big and new. Therefore, you don't have to pack a bunch of clothes and can wash everyday if needed. I really liked how previous tenants used the pay-it-forward method by leaving paper towels, napkins, spices, canned goods, coffee, tea, condiments, aluminum foil, etc. (The stuff that you need but hate to buy for just a week) I did my part to help in this process too. The hosts were "spot on". Easy to book; easy to check-in and check-out. As for getting to the slopes, you can walk up the hill to the Snowflake lift if you are in really good shape and don't have a lot of equipment to carry. You supposedly can ski all the way down the Four O'Clock run, but there was not enough snow for us to do it on this trip. To get to the closest slopes, the yellow line bus picks you up right across the street and can take you to Snowflake or Beaver Run. Easy to do!! Also, it was a very short distance( less than 1/4 mile) to walk to the downtown area to get to the restaurants, shops and bars. I certainly would book this condo again if we return to Breckenridge. It was a great price and a great location.

Shared this space with my brother and his family. Super clean, cozy and plenty of room for 4 adults and three kids. There was laundry and dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, dish soap, coffee, filters, condiments, seasonings and even beer left by previous renters. Board games and puzzles for the kids. Boot warmers and lots of space to hang clothes were a plus. Short walk to Main Street and the bus stop (bus is free and stops ever 20 mins - fast). 15-20 min walk to the gondola and grocery store (which also has bus stops). Parking was never an issue. Hot tubs in view from the balcony. Overall: great place and highly recommend.
