Walking into the living area, you’ll be impressed by the comfortable furniture and beautiful river rock wood fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a home cooked meal, and there’s plenty of room for everyone with six places at the dining room table and four more at the kitchen counter. The private balcony has excellent views of Downtown Breckenridge and the surrounding mountains, as well as comfortable furniture.
The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs and free parking, as well as access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. The condo is exactly as pictured. Clean and comfortable. The location is excellent. After a day of activities you can park at the property and walk to town for dinner and browsing the shops. We have stayed here three times

This condo was spotless and perfectly located for short walks I to town. Access to a pool was highlight for the kids. I’m not one to cook on vacation, but if we had, there was everything you could need. It was a great temperature in the condo even when it got quite warm outside. Access to fans was nice and quiet be less thing we needed to bring. We would definitely stay in this property again.

Property was OK. Would not return. Not VRBO-Property Management Company which would not let me cancel one day after booking with out penalty once I realized this property was Not suitable for our guests. A property owner [VRBO] I believe would have forgiven fees after 1 day of booking. Don't think an owner would have wanted an uphappy guest. Misled, again, not Vacation Rental By Owner!
