This spacious mountain retreat, hosted by Great Western Lodging, offers 1,480 square feet of comfortable living space in a prime ski-in, in-town location. Light-filled interiors, vaulted ceilings, and stunning 180-degree views of Peak 9 and the 4 O'Clock slopes create an inviting setting for your Breckenridge getaway. Gather around the oversized sofa and wood-burning fireplace for a cozy movie night, or prepare a meal together in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and a breakfast bar. The primary bedroom features a luxurious en suite steam shower, while heated bathroom floors add an extra touch of comfort. With cozy bedrooms, a four-bed loft, and the peaceful sound of the creek flowing along the ski run, this home is an ideal retreat for families and groups.
Enjoy the on-site hot tub overlooking the ski run, along with access to the Upper Village Pool and additional hot tubs. Please note that the Upper Village Pool is closed April 19–May 22, 2026, and from mid-September through mid-November, with fall closure dates subject to change.
The condo is just one block from downtown Breckenridge's shops and restaurants and only two blocks from the Snowflake Lift. In winter, ski directly home via the 4 O'Clock run, while summer brings easy access to hiking, biking, and year-round mountain adventures.

This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

We had an excellent stay during Spring Break. The property could not have been more conveniently located to town and the slopes (although there was no longer any snow to ski down to the condo on). The property was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities (plus a ton of games for the kids) that you would need. The hot tub and the grill were hot, the vibes were cool :)

The location was great but definitely could have used a bit of love and attention at the VRBO. Needed a good cleaning in the corners and behind things. Little things were broken or not attended to. I’m used to the small details counting when renting and this seemed very corporate with not a lot of detail to the small stuff.
