Welcome to your perfect mountain escape in Breckenridge, Colorado. Situated in a prime ski-in, in-town location, this condo sits directly on the 4 O’Clock ski run, offering the ultimate convenience and breathtaking scenery. With 1,480 square feet of living space, vaulted ceilings, and light-filled interiors, this retreat boasts stunning 180-degree views of Peak 9 and the 4 O’Clock slopes.
This spacious condo comfortably accommodates families and groups. The living area invites you to gather around a wood-burning fireplace, enjoy the oversized sofa, and unwind with a movie on the large TV. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and a breakfast bar, perfect for cooking and dining together. Meals feel extra special under the glow of the rustic antler chandelier.
The primary bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a luxurious steam shower, while heated floors in all bathrooms add a touch of indulgence. Drift off to sleep under warm quilts in cozy bedrooms, and wake up refreshed to the serene sound of the creek flowing along the 4 O’Clock run.
Step outside to enjoy the on-site hot tub overlooking the ski run or take advantage of access to the Upper Village Pool with additional hot tubs. Location great, easily walkable to town. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Newer comfortable furniture in living room, big couch and chair. Well stocked with lots of towels, hot tub towels, pillows, blankets. Appreciated the 6 separate towel hooks in the master bathroom! Management and check in/check out went smoothly and was easy! Would highly recommend!

The location was great but definitely could have used a bit of love and attention at the VRBO. Needed a good cleaning in the corners and behind things. Little things were broken or not attended to. I’m used to the small details counting when renting and this seemed very corporate with not a lot of detail to the small stuff.
