This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a great mountain getaway for families or groups of up to eight. Pine Ridge Incline Condo puts you just one block from downtown Breckenridge and at the bottom of Four O’ Clock ski run so you can nearly ski right back to your condo. Hop on the shuttle to the ski resort in the morning or take the short stroll to the gondola. The complex features shared hot tubs, and you’ll also enjoy access to the Upper Village pool and hot tubs!
Inside you’ll find a cozy living area with comfortable leather furniture, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. The bar separating the living area and the kitchen is a perfect place to congregate while you enjoy your favorite TV show or the morning snow report. Large sliding glass doors provide plenty of natural light and lead to the patio that has nice seating to enjoy the cool mountain air.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and everything you need to whip up a five-star meal for your family or group. There’s seating for four at the dining room table plus room for four more at the counter. Great place, excellent location. Instructions sent online for things like how to work the tv, parking instructions, etc. need to be updated, as they were not correct and different than instructions physically printed in the condo.

I intend to make this a five-star recommendation. I was not able to finish my stay this year, for external reasons well beyond Summit Mountain Rental's ability to fix, but they did help me deal with the reasons and make sure they would impact me as little as possible. Lest that sound ominous, I will add that I have been using SMR for years as my go-to rental agent when staying in Breckenridge, which I do every summer, and I plan to continue to do so. Before my first SMR stay some years ago, I had used other rental agencies for my Breck stays, and can testify that SMR is top of the heap.

The condo was in a very convenient spot to both the snowflake lift and downtown. The condo was also very clean. It is a floor unit so there was a great deal of noise from the upstairs unit. The unit has base board heaters and even on the colder days they were unnecessary so the air becomes very stagnant in the condo. Some fans would have been very helpful to not only move the air around, but to provide some white noise. There was one rotating fan in the unit, but it was broken. The check in process was also more cumbersome than we have experienced in the past. You have to go to the summit mountain rentals office to collect everything and then you have to go by the pine ridge office to set up parking. There was a ski locker for the unit, but they did not provide a key so we left our skis on the rack on our car overnight. Lots of little things, but for the cost it was disappointing.
