The Caribbean is your backyard; the lagoon and Mayan Mountains beyond to the West; and steps to the saline pool and Seaway in front, wraps this quiet area in over 300 degrees of water views and access.

This place is located within walking distance to the village and far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The views of both the ocean and the lagoon are amazing and just a great spot to relax.

Loved our spot at Sunset Pointe. The condo was perfect, the pool was lovely, the grounds beautiful and well maintained. My only small complaint would be the road but that couldn’t be helped.
