About this apartment rental
Flowers Vacation Rentals is proud to manage Mirasol Mini Villa which is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sleeps up to six people and isthe upper floor of the Mirasol property. This unit can be rented by itself or with one or both of the other two units that are part of the property to accommodate anywhere from 1-14 guests (see VRBO #'s at the end of this description). Mirasol Mini Villa has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a table that seats six, a spacious living room, a large deck overlooking the yard, master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a second bathroom that is shared by the other two bedrooms and can be accessed from the living room, and a laundry room with washer and drier. The property has beautiful landscaping, is steps from the beach and is within easy walking distance to many excellent restaurants and several grocery stores.

Parking notes: No parking available at the property. You can only reach the home by foot. If you do bring a car you can choose to park it either at the basketball court (3 min walk from the home) or by the pier of Placencia Village (5 min walk from the home)
Note this property is a Self Catering Property and will require a separate rental agreement with house rules.
The pool may be cleaned without notice during your stay.
Basic amenities will be provided, but more may need to be purchased during your stay.

The property was nicely located to the beach, sidewalk and many restaurants and shops. It had all the amenities that we needed for making meals in the large kitchen. It was clean and comfortable. Thankful for the washer and dryer as we were able to use it during our stay. The beds were quite firm and needed some time to get used to them. The outside deck boards might need a little maintenance as some of them are loose. The pool was great because we came during the sargassum time. It would have been nice to have a pool skimmer net so we could help clean it when needed. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again.

This spot is almost on the beach, close to great restaurants and the best gelato on this side of the world. The home was clean and comfortable with all the needed amenities. Our showerhead was broken tho.

The Mirasol apt was perfect! Great location right near the beach and sidewalk. The apt was very well furnished and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed. The pool was a nice feature to have on the hot, humid days. Ron from Flowers Property Management was amazing, he was super responsive and assisted us on anything we needed. We will definitely be looking to book again next time we are in Placencia.
