Considering the price I paid, the condition of the room did not match the cost at all. Far too expensive for the quality

I was very disappointed spending the night at this place. For starters, the room was not properly cleaned. One of the covers had a strong sweat odor as if it had not been changed after the previous guest. Totally unacceptable a d made the stay uncomfortable from the start. Cleanliness is basic and unfortunately MeMe’s did not that standard.

Uncomfortable and extremely dirty.

The location, the bed was comfortable, easy to access the property. Greta TV and AC.

The property was extremely dirty. When I walked in, the common area floors and stairs were filthy. When I got to my room, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned at all and there was feces on it, and I had to clean it myself just to use it. The bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned before my arrival, and it was obvious the rest of the room hadn’t been either. The shower had hair and dirt all over it. The towels were dirty too, with visible dirt marks on all of them. Even the hotel floors throughout the property were dirty and dusty. When I told the property manager, they did send someone right away to clean, which I appreciated. He mentioned that someone had checked out earlier that day. Check‑out is at 11 a.m., and I arrived a little after 3 p.m., so there was plenty of time to prepare the room. I also noticed seeds beside the bed when I first walked in, which they later cleaned up. There was dust all over the counters, and under the bed there were crumbs, dirt, and dead bugs. It left me feeling disgusted. You can tell the room hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. The common areas were the same—very dusty and dirty. I stayed at a different hotel in the area previously, an economy property, and it was immaculate compared to this place and one‑third of the price. I even called the place I stayed before to see if they had any rooms available, but they didn’t, which is the only reason I ended up here. I was asked to strip the sheets before I checked out, and when I pulled them off, there was dirt and dead bugs underneath. Twice during my stay, staff entered my room without asking. I stay in a lot of hotels for both work and vacation, and this one was so bad that I felt compelled to write a review. The property is newer and has so much potential. I just wish they would clean it daily especially for the price.

I booked MeMe's place for R&R and it met my expectations. The place was clean and quiet.

We prepared our own breakfast. The location is walking distance to the sea.

Modern, comfortable, and convenient

The unit was well appointedted and the location was great for walking to the beach, restaurants, and activities.

Next door construction made the rooftop a little dusty to use, but the owners gave a heads up about the activity.

another great BELIZE EXPERIENCE

google maps did not show location accurately but we experienced a remarkable example of BELIZE PEOPLE. a young woman out of the goodness of her heart helped show us the location and she even helped us find a safe parking spot for our car. The lady who met us at the apartment wa svery friendly and helped show us all the important details.

We enjoyed this accommodation very much! The staff and owner were very helpful with any requests. The unit was clean, well maintained, and a short walk to the beach. We would absolutely love to stay there again!

Best Gem on the Sidewalk.

EVERYTHING! if you you pack up your home in a tiny suitcase then arrive here. You will think that you transported it with you. I have never found a place where the owner thought of every tiny detail. I fell in absolute love with this home. Best part of our trip here. We had a check-in issue, and her friend and hotel owner Richard from Serenade Hotel jumped in and assisted us as if we were his guests. I loved staying at this rental, and her community ties were reflected in her colleague from Serenade Hotel on the sidewalk who quickly assisted us. With everything he was an angel to us.
