Our comfortable two bedroom, two bath condo sleeps up to six people. Each room opens to a spacious covered patio deck through handcrafted French mahogany doors. For your comfort, the unit provides Internet service, a flat screen TV, a DVD player, cable TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in each room. Our property has granite kitchen counter tops, stainless appliances, washer and dryer, and all of the conveniences of home in our fully stocked kitchen with beautiful Mexican tile décor throughout. The condo includes a shared saline pool by the water, a thatched roof viewing dock on the Caribbean, and a group barbecue courtyard for your enjoyment. In addition, there is a shared boathouse, a 75 foot dock, and private boat slips. Sunrise and sunset are the most magical moments in the day. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy a slice of paradise!
The Belize barrier reef, the second largest in the world, is a popular destination for scuba diving, snorkeling, and fishing. There’re many companies and tour guides in Placencia Village. We had a wonderful time in Placencia staying at this condo. I loved all the furnishings and decorations. The views from both sides and above were gorgeous. The location was perfect. Communication

The condo was so wonderful. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you needed. Bedrooms & bathrooms were lovely.
The balcony views from both the lagoon side & the Caribbean side, no words other than to say we were living in Paradise!!!
The pool was great!!
Beth was fantastic to work with when making my reservation & answering any questions I had.
I will definitely stay there again.

A group of friends and I stayed in Placencia at the cutest condo!Upon arrival, Francisco guided us to our spot, took our temperatures and made sure we were COVID compliant! (Appreciate this!)We also asked him what was the vibe for the night and he mentioned a grand opening of a new restaurant owned by locals called Jay Birds. We changed after a long day of travel and walked down to the clearly marked roads to Main Street!WOW! Did we have FUN! Jay Birds was the happening place of the evening and were incredibly welcoming to us foreigners. The next day we spent the day at the pool at Sunset Point! REFRESHING to say the least! That same day we rented a golf cart from Francisco to make the walk easier for us (highly recommend)!We also got couple massages!! (Also highly recommend)!All in all, Sunset point had it all! 10/10 We WILL be back!
