A very comfortable lodge where you feel immediately at home.

Perfect cozy beach stay!

Everything about the stay was wonderful. Kat is an amazing host who has thought of every detail. The cottage was clean, comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities one would want for a beach vacation. The location was quick to the beach and right off the main sidewalk that led to the shops and restaurants. Use of the beach club was a great bonus. Kat was helpful with dinner recommendations and even went above and beyond sharing volunteer opportunities for our daughter.

Great little private cabins!

The owner of the cabin, Kat, goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. There are a/c units in both bedrooms and the main room, so you can keep the cabin comfortable. It is mostly well equipped, and clean!

There were very few things not to like about the Bella Vita Casitas. There is no view from the cabin, but it's just a short walk to the beach. We happened to be there during a heavy rain storm that lasted a few days, which caused some flooding of the road outside the cabin. That was inconvenient, but not something within the control of the owner.

Wonderful stay in Placencia.Highly recommend

Great location. Comfortable with everything we needed and AC worked great. Kat was great host and so helpful. Let us use golf cart for shopping and getting around. Walkable to beach and shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful Villa and Personal Care.

Bella Vita Casitas exceeded all of my expectations. Upon arrival the host (Kat) met me in the driveway, carried my luggage and helped me settle in. Upon opening the door, I felt the cool air conditioning, which was a welcome relief from the Belizean heat. The villa was steps away from the beach, right in the center of town and famous shopping sidewalk. The villa was meticulously decorated in tropical green & white. The host provided personal care during my entire trip. Kat recommended the best places to eat and visit in Plascencia. She even invited me to join her and friends on a Zombie Pub Crawl - a full day of fund and festivities. I can't say enough about this location - the best place to stay in Plascencia!

The town was sleepy during low season so a few restaurants were closed. Had nothing to do with Casa Vista.

Lovely place.

Location very good. You can enjoy the quiet nights and the same time you can just walk to the bars at night, restaurant, and to the beach. Very good attention of the host Kat, offering a golf car, bikes, paddle board all for free, she also provide as with fresh water for coffee and some supplementary drinks and snacks. Definitely recommend.

Such a nice place.

Good size, location and the perfect end to our holiday. This is a holiday home rather than a normal rental as it has everything you could need and some lovely little touches. The house is beautifully built and furnished. Kat was really helpful with everything we could need.

The best play to stay in Placencia in terms of Value for Money, BY FAR!

I have been traveling to Placencia for many years, and this has been by far the best accommodation I have stayed in. Cat was incredibly helpful; she reached out with lots of useful information, we prepared a welcome pack, she offered to pick us up from the airport, and she provided a Golf Cart, which is a LUXURY in Placencia, nobody else does that! The house is perfectly equipped, clean and super comfortable, and perfectly located. I will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic stay for experiencing Placencia

The location was perfect! Steps from the sidewalk, close enough to town but outside the bustle. The cabin was very well appointed with everything we could’ve needed, wonderfully crisp sheets, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, books, games. The hosts were amazing, helped set us up with a snorkel trip, helped make sure a beach day was comfortable, and was a joy to chat with.
