The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The unit includes parking for a max of 6 vehicles, 2 in garage and 4 in driveway. STR license # 009110.

This property is perfect for anyone looking to experience Winter Park town and the ski resort. Excellent accommodations that were more than enough for 9 guests. Would not hesitate to stay again.

This house is awesome! It is spacious and the perfect vibe of a mountain home. It’s close enough, yet still far from the main road. The best feature was the fireplace for when it got cold out. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is what it looked like in the pictures. Very convenient to everything in WP, great neighborhood. The code sent to us initially did not work. The cleaning was not great, there were sticky reside on the floor, the trash was making the garage smell and the bathrooms and sheets were not cleaned/changed. We had to email and call to let them know. We didn't spend too much time in the house, but for the price, we expected better cleaning overall.
