The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. This is an amazing property for a large group (we were three familes with kids) with 3 cozy king bedrooms, a kids bunk room and a pullout sofa. There's a HUGE kitchen and private hot tub with mountain views. Best of all you can quickly walk to some of the best restaurants in Fraser and easily catch public transit to Winter Park. We had a wondeful time!

Beautiful place! Only problem was having hot water, not sure if the hot water heater is on a timer but it was strange that sometimes we had hot water and sometimes we didn't. Could really use a broom/mop, we would have loved to have kept the floors cleaner, d/t mud everywhere because construction.
