Arrow River Front Villa is the perfect place to stay with a large group in Winter Park. The number of bedrooms allowed our 3 families to spread out and have their own space. The large gathering space also allowed us to come together for meals and games. The staff was also very responsive to our needs and came within the hour when we needed a new coffee pot. The location is also great allowing easy access to the slopes as well as walking around downtown. I highly recommend Arrow River Front Villas!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Needed five bedrooms, we didn't realize the bunk room only fit the actual beds and did not have a door, no room for pack 'n plays for my twin grandsons. The kitchen was well equipped but we had multiple issues with things not working. The outlets on either side of the stove, the actual main stove, and then the dishwasher. The maintenance team was very responsive but I felt like a pain having to keep calling them. They also had to come replace an O ring from a leaky toliet.

Beautiful home with great views, well appointed, and great location! Responsive to request for hot tub water top-off. We hiked the Fraser trail, Biked Fraser to Granby and horseback riding in nearby Grand Lake. Easy walks to great coffee spots, breakfast, lunch and dinner spots. All in all, a great family trip. So much to see and do, and never enough time. We’ll be back!
