The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Just returned from trip to Winter Park with family and friends. The townhouse was clean with great amenities including heated walking pads by the rooftop hot tub. It's in a great location with lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance and the Lift bus stop was very close.

Place was great – the only thing I might add are some extra hooks to hang things in and around the bathroom and potentially along the stairs, and to leave directions on how to use the grills and the TVs, or potentially, how to get the speakers to work upstairs by the hot tub.

Great condo but was non stop noise from construction. Turned what could have been a good experience into a horrible one. 4 days of noise from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
