About this house rental
Come and stay in our beautiful home that has lots of character and Colorado charm. When you arrive, park under the covered driveway for ease in unloading. The first floor of our home has a recreational area for kids of every age. Listen to a crackling fire while playing foosball or bumper pool or watching a movie. There is also a ping pong table in the 3 car garage. The first floor is where you access the atrium where the brand new 10 person hot tub resides. There is a convenient bathroom with shower that is available for this area. This floor also has a bunk room plus another bedroom with a queen bed which makes for a perfect space for kids to hang out. The laundry room with two sets of washers/dryers will enable you to do as much laundry as you would like. Walk up a few steps to two bedrooms that have their own bathroom. One bedroom has one queen bed + bunk/trundle bed and the other a new king bed. Both bedrooms have TVs.
Now onto the main living space where you will find another fireplace and lots of comfortable seating. The large dining room will seat 14 people and provides access to a deck that has a gas grill and more seating if you prefer to eat outside. The kitchen has everything you will need to make those delicious meals. There is bar and counter seating as well as a kitchen table. You won’t run out of refrigerator space as there is beverage fridge for those mountain cocktail ingredients. On this same floor there is a large room with spectacular Mountain Views, another tv and two more double beds tucked into the corners in case you need them. Ascending up another floor is the master bedroom which has a pot belly stove and seating area for a comfortable and cozy time. There is a separate sink/dressing area before you head into the large bathroom suite that has a wonderful soaking tub as well as a shower. Also, 3 twin beds on this floor for extra sleeping.
Throughout the house we have good wi-fi, desk working space, TVs, board games. There is plenty of parking space. We are close to a bus stop that can take you directly to the mountain. The home is in the heart of Winter Park so easily accessible to restaurants, bars, grocery store, tubing hill.

This rental has plenty of personality, with lots of quirky and personal touches that make it feel unique and inviting. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked, making it great for cooking meals together, and the indoor hot tub is a nice bonus. However, the common areas feel a bit small given the overall size of the house, which can make it tricky when staying with multiple families or groups of friends. The room layout isn’t the most intuitive for group stays, but overall, it’s a charming and well-equipped place for a getaway.

Definitely would stay again! Multiple rooms for our family and friends to hang out together & separately. The layout is random but done well. I believe everyone slept well, kitchen had all the necessities, and there were extra mattresses upstairs where we could put younger kids if they needed to go to bed sooner.

We rented this property for a special weekend with family and friends before a major life event. On two separate mornings from about 1am - 7/830am, the pipes froze and we had no running water—no toilets, no showers, no sinks. Several people in our group were forced to relieve themselves outside in the snow. We were unable to shower, make coffee, or even drink water as we rushed to prepare for time-sensitive plans. It created a stressful and uncomfortable environment that disrupted the trip and caused great stress. When we contacted the host about this issue, they were unhelpful and ultimately became hostile and acted unprofessionally. When we asked for a partial refund to remediate the situation, we were accused of being greedy. Overall the property was well furnished with all the necessities and was comfortable for a large crowd. If it weren't for the lack of water and lack of sympathy/empathy from the host, it would be been a really great stay. Close to town and great location as well.
